i typically don't mess with making bread from scratch b/c i am impatient. i don't like to wait for it to rise. i absolutely love the final product and get really excited when mom makes her wonderful homemade rolls and other breads. so, when i saw this recipe i was a little hesitant b/c it sounded to easy. let me just say that it really was the easiest bread i have ever made.
mymichael took it to work with him one day a while back everyone there loved it as well. the beer makes the bread really moist and you don't have to wait for the bread to rise. you simply mix it and bake it.
